K Investments participant in the Barcelona World Conference

On 25-27 October 2017. K Investments will participate in the international conference ‘The World Coal Leaders Network’. This is one of the largest events in the coal industry, bringing together hundreds of participants every year. The venue will be the Barceló Sants Hotel in Barcelona.

The main purpose of the meeting is to learn about macroeconomic trends, current product prices, as well as participate in interactive debates and interviews with industry leaders. Among other things, the conference will discuss the main factors influencing the price of raw materials over the past 6 months, estimated rates for coal in the coming years, as well as issues related to new EU regulations. Within the various blocks of the conference, speakers will also mention coal exports from Africa, transport and freight rates of hard coal by sea, and the risks that may arise in the mining industry.
Of course, Poland will also be represented by our coke producer and coal trader K Investments. Thanks to our many years of experience and perfectly developed transport infrastructure, we are constantly establishing cooperation with both producers and final recipients of raw materials. The World Coal Leaders Network event will be a great opportunity for us to establish new business contacts and to maintain and enrich our long-standing cooperation with existing partners.
