INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the enactment of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the ‘RODO Regulation’), we hereby inform you that, within the framework of the contracts concluded by the Company K INVESTMENTS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Zielona Góra, we process:
- personal data of our Customers and Contractors with whom we are contracted, including Subcontractors,
- personal data of the employees and representatives of our Customers and Contractors and other persons with whom we contact in the performance of the contracts binding us.

Your personal data is processed:
- on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO Regulation, in order to perform the obligations arising from the contracts between us, including for the purposes of ongoing contact, as well as in connection with possible claims after the expiry of the contract or the performance of the service; the above also includes cases where personal data is processed at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract,
- on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO Regulation in connection with recital (47) of the RODO Regulation, i.e. due to the legitimate interest of the Client/Contractor understood as the provision of services under the contract concluded with the Client/Contractor.
Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of entities:
- the law firm serving the company,
- tax advisors,
- company providing accounting and HR services to the company,
- IT solutions providers,
- subcontractors, including subcontractors of our Clients and Contractors.
We do not transfer your data outside Poland.
We will process your data for the duration of the request or the performance of the contract and after their completion, until the statute of limitations for any claims.
You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
The provision of data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data or any other competent supervisory authority, if you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully.
